COVID-19 Policies:
As per federal, state and local guidelines, we are requiring all our patients to wear masks. We prefer you to bring an N95 or KN95 mask when possible. If you do not have a mask with that level of protection then one will be provided to you.
We request that you call to discuss rescheduling visits if you have a close contact to someone who tests positive for COVID-19 or develop any COVID-19 like symptoms including but not limited to:
- Fever/Chills
- Cough
- Sore Throat
- Congestion
- Runny Nose
- Difficulty Breathing
- Loss of Taste or Smell
- New onset of Fatigue
- Body Aches
- Diarrhea
- Nausea or Vomiting
We are offering testing for COVID-19 which includes the Abbott Labs BinaxNow Rapid antigen nasal swab test, Diagnostic PCR nasal swab test through Quest or US Biotek, and antibody blood tests through Quest, LabCorp or US Biotek.
COVID-19 nasal swab testing is performed outside, in front of our office.
We are not set up to offer COVID-19 vaccinations at this time.
